Malibu is a symmetrical triangular shawl, worked back and forth from the top down. Starting with a garter tab cast on, stitches are increased every RS row at both edges and at the center of the shawl. Instructions for both a 2-color and a 3-color version are included in this pattern. The combination of a cute and easy slip stitch pattern (working with one color on any given row, changing colors every 2 rows), a wide striped section and the sportive 3 x 1 ribbing give this shawl a sophisticated yet casual look
